Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatFI's wallet, storefront, payments, trading, and token-launch products (together, the "Services"), operated at chatfi.pro and its subdomains, including store.chatfi.pro and pay.chatfi.pro. By creating a wallet, opening a store, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using ChatFI, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of a crypto wallet, trading platform, or payment service would be unlawful, and that you are not on any sanctions or restricted-party list.

• ChatFI is non-custodial. Your private keys and seed phrase are generated and stored on your device — ChatFI never holds, controls, or has access to your funds.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and device. If either is lost, stolen, or compromised, ChatFI has no way to recover your funds.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet, whether or not authorized by you, except where caused by ChatFI's own fault.

• Sellers using ChatFI Store are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of items sold, and fulfillment of orders.
• ChatFI Pay processes payments through third-party partners (card networks, bank rails, and payment processors); those partners' own terms and any applicable KYC/verification requirements also apply to you.
• ChatFI is not a party to the transaction between a buyer and a seller and is not responsible for disputes between them, beyond providing the tools disclosed in-product (e.g. order tracking, dispute flags).

• Trading crypto, tokenized stocks, and meme tokens is highly volatile and carries risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing on ChatFI is financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Tokens created through ChatFI's launch feature are created by users, not ChatFI. ChatFI does not endorse, audit, or guarantee the value, security, or legitimacy of any user-launched token.
• Trades are executed on-chain via third-party liquidity and routing infrastructure (including Jupiter); ChatFI does not control network congestion, slippage, or third-party protocol failures.

ChatFI charges the fees disclosed in-product at the time of a transaction (e.g. a percentage fee on merchant payments). Network/gas fees on Solana are separate and set by the network, not ChatFI. Fees may change; changes apply prospectively, not to transactions already completed.

You may not use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that is illegal under applicable law. ChatFI may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes this section has been violated.

The ChatFI name, logo, and product design are owned by ChatFI. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. product photos, store listings), and grant ChatFI a license to display that content as needed to operate the Services.

The Services rely on and interoperate with third-party infrastructure, including the Solana network, Jupiter, Helius, and payment processors. ChatFI is not responsible for outages, errors, or losses caused by these third parties.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market volatility, third-party service failures, network outages, or user error such as lost seed phrases or funds sent to the wrong address.

You agree to indemnify and hold ChatFI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Services at any time. ChatFI may suspend or restrict access to store, payment, or trading features (though never your non-custodial wallet, which you always control) if these Terms are violated or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting ChatFI; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
